You can register for FREE at LOGiST Onboarding 

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Safari and enter https://app.logist.com.au into address field
  2. Tap the Share icon at the bottom
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen from the menu
  4. Next, type in a name as LOGiST for your shortcut and then tap the Add button

NOTE: The process on the iPad is the same. But the Share button is located at the upper-right corner of the toolbar next to the address bar

Android

  1. Launch “Chrome” app
  2. Open https://app.logist.com.au
  3. Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to home screen
  4. Enter LOGiST as the name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen

Following details are required to complete the shipper registration:

LOGiST offers an advanced digital platform for shippers and carriers to connect.

You can keep track of your load from anywhere, 24/7 while the carrier share their location.

Upon successful delivery by the carrier, LOGiST will release the quoted amount to the carrier’s nominated account.

 

LOGiST charges a commission percentage for every successful load agreement between the shipper and the carrier. We hold payment with a secure 3rd party payment gateway until the carrier has delivered the load and the shipper has acknowledged the Proof of Delivery.

In case the carrier fails to show up to pick-up consignment and no delivery action takes place, LOGiST will refund 100% of the money charged. No questions asked.

In case the shipper cancels the consignment at the last minute (on-site) and no delivery action takes place, LOGiST will award futile charges to the transport operator. 

Below are the statuses and their meaning:

  • Open – Job is live and no quote is received yet
  • Quoted – One or more quotes are received from Carrier(s)
  • Accepted – A quote is accepted by the Shipper and no further quotes can be submitted
  • In transit – Carrier has picked up the load and is on its way to destination
  • Delivered – Carrier has delivered the load to the destination
  • Complete – Funds are transferred to the Carrier and job is closed
  • Cancel – Either the Carrier or the Shipper has cancelled the job

Following details are required to complete the carrier registration:

  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number
  • Business name, address and ABN same as on your ASIC / ABN certificate
  • Date of birth same as on your driver license

Once you have successfully registered you will be able to browse the available loads. And, in order to submit quotes and do transactions, you will need provide following details and documents:

  • Coloured copy of Driver License front and back
  •  Coloured copy of ASIC / ABN certificate
  • Bank Account details

Once you are registered, log in to LOGiST App to upload above mentioned documents from your User Profile.

 To set up your Carrier profile post-registration following details are required:

  • Date of birth
  • Driver license details
  • Business address
  • Front and back of the Driver License (Coloured copy only)
  • ASIC Certificate or ABN Registration form (Coloured copy only)
  • Bank Account details

IMPORTANT NOTE: Below criteria MUST match to set up your account

  • Your first and last name are the same as on your driver license.
  • The business name is the same as on the ASIC certificate or ABN Registration form. 
  • Front & back copy of Driver’s license and ASIC / ABN Certificate must be uploaded before updating Bank Account details.
  • Documents uploaded must be:
    • Clear, non-blurry, no glare, all edges included, nothing blocked, etc.
    • In colour
    • Under 10MB in size
    • In .png or .jpg format
    • Not expired

Once all the details are provided it may take up to 24 hours to set up your account until then you won’t be able to submit quotes for the jobs.

Following mandatory details are required to complete the carrier registration:

  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number
  • Business name, address and ABN same as on your ASIC / ABN certificate
  • Date of birth same as on your driver license

Once you have successfully registered you will be able to browse the available loads. And, in order to submit quotes and do transactions, you will need provide following details and documents:

Once you are registered, log in to LOGiST App to upload above mentioned documents from your User Profile.

From the Find Load page on the LOGiST App, search loads in your preferred routes by using smart filters.

You can also save your most frequently or fixed routes by adding those filters to your favourites. 

Set the price for the job you are undertaking including any futile charges and submit quote.

Communicate directly and securely with the freight owner for any clarifications before submitting the quote.

Once quote is accepted, you will be notified through an email. 

Upon submission of Proof of Delivery once the load is delivered, LOGiST will transfer the payment directly to your nominated account.

LOGiST charges NO commission to a Carrier. Though there is one off charge of $100 which only applies when your first job is accepted by the Shipper. 

To find loads quickly for your favourite routes you can save filters by:

  1. Logging into LOGiST app
  2. Navigate to the Find Loads page
  3. Click on the ‘New filter’ option
  4. Under ‘Load Status’ dropdown, select ‘Open’ and ‘Quoted’ options
  5. Under ‘From’ and ‘To’ dropdown, select the from and destination states respectively
  6. Click on the ‘Save filter’ button
  7. Enter the filter name and click on ‘Save filter’
  8. Once the filter is saved, it will appear on the top
  9. To apply the saved filter, simply click on the filter
